A4 plastic base paper cutter is small, light and easy to deposit,
which is wider than the simple A4 plastic paper cutter on the
market. Triangular blade can be cut in both directions, and hidden
blade is built in the knife rest to prevent hurting hands, which is
suitable for teenagers and children. Up to 12 sheets of paper can
be cut.
Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A1: We are manufacturer, whose factory is in Jinhua, Zhejiang.
Q2: Do you provide samples?
A2: Yes, we could provide samples as your requirement. However, you
need to pay the sample and freight cost. It needs 5-7 days to
prepare samples.
Q3: Can you do OEM for me?

design. We will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for
you ASAP.
Q4: What is your terms of payment?
A4: T/T 30% as deposit, balance payment at sight of copy of B/L.
And L/C is acceptable, but only irrevocable 100% at sight.

A5: EXW, FOB, CIF Ningbo/Shanghai.
Q6: How long is your production lead time?
A6: It depends on product and order qty. Normally, it takes us 15
