Disposable hospital bed mattress machine is controlled by triaxial frequency conversion drive +PLC, the product specification can be adjusted arbitrarily, the rectifying device is configured, and the touch screen is used as HMI.

Equipment production process:
Multi-layer toilet paper or dust-free paper can be cut off → water absorption layer → covered with non-woven cloth (with spray glue or thermal bonding) → covered with PE casting film (with spray glue or thermal bonding) → left and right package edge (with streamline glue or thermal bonding) → product folding → product cutting → inspection → factory.
