Product General Description:

The drum and the spiral feeder rotate in the same direction but with a certain speed difference; the material is led into the feeding spiral inner cylinder via the feeding pipe and, after speeding pipe and, after speeding up, enters the drum;

Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the relatively heavier solid-phase material deposits on the drum wall forming the residue layer; the solid-phase residue is continuously pushed by the spiral feeder to the conic end of the drum and, after dehydration in the drying area, is discharged out of the machine.

LW series centrifuge provides two drive modes: rated frequency drive and variable frequency drive. As to rated frequency drive centrifuge, the rotating bowl speed is fixed, so the speed can be changed only by changing drive pulley; while variable frequency drive centrifuge can achieve large-range stepless speed regulation easily with parameters displayed, e.g. speed and working current.

The machine is capable of continuous feeding, separating, dehydrating and discharging under full-speed running.

Horizontal spiral discharge centrifuge (referred to as decanter centrifuge) is an effective separation equipment which use centrifugal acceleration generated by high-speed rotation into the acceleration of gravity to shorten thousands of times of the settlement time of solid particles than in the gravity field. The solid particles are discharged from the drum through the screw conveyor continuously and without interruption.
