ABOUT Ultrasonic CLEANING
Ultrasonic cleaning is based on the cavitation effect caused by the high-frequency Ultrasonic wave vibration signal in the fluid. Microscopic bubbles are formed, and they implode violently causing the cavitation which creates an intense scrubbing action on the surface of the item being cleaned. The bubbles are small enough to penetrate microscopic crevices, cleaning them thoroughly and consistently. Ultrasonic cleaning is extremely effective at removing dirt and grime which would normally require tedious manual cleaning by hand. It has been used to clean a wide variety of instruments and mechanical parts such as carburetors, returning them to almost “like new” condition without damage to delicate parts.

FAQ:
1. What is Ultrasonic?
Ultrasonic is sound generated beyond the human audible level. In
real life, high pitch sound is created by high frequency, and
alternatively, the low and base tone is created by low frequency.
Frequencies above 16 kHz, in general, are being considered as
Ultrasonic. Typical Ultrasonic frequencies used for cleaning
purpose are from 20 kHz to 80 kHz.
2. What's the best cleaning temperature?
To get the best cleaning result, the solution’s temperature we
suggest is 40-60℃. Warm water and dishwashing liquid can soften
grease and improve cleaning result. It's important however to make
sure these temperatures are safe for your parts before cleaning.
3. How Cavitation Cleans
Since bubbles such as those created through Cavitation are just
empty space, there’s nothing to keep them open. As a result, these
bubbles collapse or implode, almost as fast as they are created. In
our machines, this happens millions of times per second. This
constant implosion produces tremendous vacuum energy in the form of
heat and pressure. It’s this combination of heat and pressure which
gives Ultrasonics its cleaning capability and power.
4. Why is Ultrasonic Cleaning so Efficient and Effective?
When cavitation happens near a dirty object, the vacuum action
produced by those million of bubbles constantly imploding creates a
tiny pressure wave that reaches deep into every nook and cranny of
even the most delicate items. This tiny pressure wave dislodges and
breaks up the dirt and other contaminants and gently lifts it away.
The result is very fast and effective cleaning.
