FSTN 128x64 LCM, 12864 LCD Display Description

SAEF Technology SF-12864-205A3 is a monochrome graphic type 128x64 COG LCD module. SF-12864-205A3 model is built in with ST7565R controller or equivalent IC; it supports SPI serial interface.

This SF-12864-205A3 graphic Display LCD 128x64 module is 3.3V(typical value) for supply voltage. It is with white LED backlight.

SF-12864-205A3 is FSTN Transflective Positive mode. it can be operated at temperatures from -10℃ to +60℃; its storage temperatures range from -20℃ to +70℃. This LCD module is originally without touch, but touch panel is customizable.

SF-12864-205A3 module is widely used in meter and instrument, remote controller, sensor device, POS terminal, cash reader, handheld device, mobile food ordering machine, medical analyzer, etc.
