Q: What is your average production lead time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock, or 20-30 days if the goods are not in stock or if customization needed.

Q: What is your Payment terms?
A: You can pay by T/T, Paypal, Trade Assurance (deposit by credit card or Citibank, balance by Citibank). 30% Deposit before production, 70% balance should be paid before shipment.

Q: How long is your products warranty time?
