• Cooling table (It is double jacket and using the recycle water cool down the candy mass)

• Batch roller: to make the candy mass into suitable rope for rope size. There is four rollers inside and has4 heaters inside. The height of rollers is adjustable.

• Rope sizer:To make the candy mass be a suitable size to feed the forming machine and can adjust temperature of each wheel.

• 28 punch forming machine :This machine is used to make hard candies. The speed is 400-600 pieces/min

• 3 layer Cooling conveyer : this machine is used to cool candies, so that they can be wrapped. The conveyer of the net is made of 304 stainless steel. And there are 3 funs on the top.

• Pillow wrapping machine: The speed of the wrapping machine is 700~800 pieces/min, Wrapping material: glass film, PVC, polypropylene, wax paper, complex paper. Packing size arrange: length 12~34 mm; width 12~34 mm; thickness 6~20 mm.
