1. Ice cube has two sizes:22m:m*22mm*22mm and 29mm*29mm*22mm

It takes about 20-23minutes to freeze ice for one time

Ice cube is semi-automatic control by PLC(the famous Siemens brand)system, which easy to control, also has more multiple functions.For example, automatic ice freezing , automatic ice falling, automatic water making up,automatic ice coming out, all the message will be display on the PLC displayer,don’t need to shovel the ice by people’s hand,which can guarantee the ice is sanitary and clean.

3. There is an ice storage bin under the ice grids, where can store the ice when the ice falling down,it is very useful. There is a screw dispense conveyor,which can make the ice falling quickly and cut the ice automatically.

4. There is a special pedal switch, when finish the ice, you step on this pedal switch ,

the ice will come out automatically from the ice discharge outlet,don’t need to shovel the

ice by people’s hand,which can guarantee the ice is sanitary and clean.

After- sales service:

(1) During 2 years after selling, maintenance and parts free of charge.

(2) We can provide 12 months warranty for our machine. During the warranty period, if your machine don’t work, you can send us pictures or video or call us about the fault. We will immediately mail you the solution to solve the problems within 24hours. If the part is broken for nonpersonal reason,we will replace one for free within guarantee period. But if beyond guarantee period, we will charge market price for the new parts.

CBFI Quality Management Department is an important control method for processing quality. It equipped with the most advanced inspection equipments The professional control devices,it can provide accurate reference data to choose the most suitable material and accessories, which also effectively control parts quality. Besides, it also provides digital information for engineers and quality controller to determine feasibility for spare parts after processing.

Chooing steady quality supplier. After purchasing raw material, duing testing if it is proved well, then we will arrange these eligible matrial that come into warehouse.

When the machine finish fixing and come into testing working conditon. Every worker will be responsible for their equipment. They will give out fact testing date and results.After proving testing date is accord with delivery standard. Then CBFI Quality Management Department will allow these equipment that go to packing department and waiting for cleaning and packing.

Before delivery, CBFI Quality Management Department should check all mark and packing conditon. If it is prove it is accord with exporting standard and customer's requirement. Then they will allow these equipment come into fininshed product area.

Of course CBFI Quality Management Department have the right to make sample testing for every production step to make sure product quality.
