1. The main technical requirements of the equipment are:
1. The structure of the cleaning machine consists of ultrasonic generator, transducer, cleaning tank, circulating filter system, automatic temperature control heating system, frame, control system and so on.

The storage tank has a water inlet, a liquid outlet, an overflow port and a lower limit liquid level protection switch. The tank body is made of stainless steel plates imported SUS304 and 2mm. Circulating filtration system: the system is composed of circulating filter pumps, stainless steel filters, pressure gauges and so on. The accuracy of filtration is 20 U. Heating: the heating power of the cleaning tank is 4 x 1KW, the heating power of the storage tank is 1 x 3KW, the storage tank and the cleaning tank are wrapped in the thermal insulation cotton, automatic temperature control, RT-100 C adjustable, and the temperature controller probe is placed in the cleaning tank. It is equipped with an independent drain, which is controlled by a drainage ball valve. (drainage ball valve in the rear of the operating surface) ultrasonic control system: This machine is equipped with cleaning time display, cleaning time alarm, temperature temperature control using digital display control.
