Description:

1 + 1 Bottle blowing machine is composed by one set of preform heater and one set of blowing machine. It is the semi automatic machine for blowing PET bottles from 100ml to 2L including mineral bottles, edible oil bottles, carbonated water bottles, and juice bottles and etc. The shape of the PET bottles can be various according to client. We can help to sculpt the bottles and confirm with client before making bottle moulds.

Working principle and diagram:

Workers need to manually load preform to the prform holder in heater. After the preform heated, manually take the preform to the blowing machine. And finally, take the formed bottle off to the production line if necessary.
