The Popular Password & Fingerprint Padlock (PFP-P) is a High-tech Bio-padlock for most of people’s use

which was developed by us & incorporated advanced industrial technology from Germany since years ago, & we

have the complete independent intellectual property rights & core technology for this product.

What the core advantages of this padlock are: Password for emergency to avoid a possible trouble that you

probably are not used to operate a fingerprint product, or sometimes your finger probably is too dirty or too wet

to hardly open the lock by fingerprint sometimes, or even the fingerprint reader becomes damaged by a possible

maliciously damage and then you can not open the lock by fingerprint once more… etc, you never need not scare

of those trouble because of that you can still use this padlock by the function password.

INSTRUCTIONS

Memory Capacity:

Fingerprint ID 64 pieces (administrators ID 5 pieces + users ID 59 pieces), ID number 000~143

Password ID 32 pieces (administrators ID 5 pieces + users ID 27 pieces), ID number 000~051

PS: Please note the ID numbers & the passwords for future deleting. (See the list papers

attached, please)

The Extent of Competence:

a) ID includes fingerprints and passwords;

b) A user ID can be added successfully after a registered administrator ID authorization only;

c) A new administrator ID can be added successfully only after a registered administrator ID authorization;

d) The first administrator ID can only be added successfully after the manufacturer default administrator

password ID (the manufacture default password 012345”) authorization;

e) An registered administrator can respectively delete every user’s ID by the registered corresponding ID

number without the user’s agree; but a user is not entitled to delete any ID;

f) A registered administrator is entitled to format the memory of the system; The administrator ID will return

to the manufacturer default password ID 012345” and all registered ID will be deleted after the

formatting action, .

g) The manufacturer default password 012345” will automatically lose its validity at the same time after

that you register the first administrator password ID successfully. (PS: Only the first registered

administrator’s password ID can replace the manufacturer default ID 012345”.

Manufacturer Administrator ID:

Only the manufacturer administrator password ID 012345” is available when you get the lock; Please replace

the manufacturer default ID by your new administrator password ID registering in time.

Before use, you need put into 4*AAA batteries:

a) Open the cover of the battery house by a screwdriver & Pull out the Battery House;

b) Put into 4*AAA batteries correctly as the symbols shows;

c) Push the Battery house into the body of the padlock & Seal the cover with the screw by a screwdriver.

How to format the memory:

(First time when you start to use this product, you can format the memory of the

padlock if you need)

a) To key in the manufacturer default password 012345” and press the key #” to confirm your operation;

& after that you will see only the LED blue lights up & the lock start to be unlocked;

PS: When every time you press a key, the two LED RED lights up and the system alarms a

Beep”.

b) To press the key #” & keep pressing for 6 second, and then release the key when the LED BLUE lights

up to go into the mode SETTING; & you will see that the two LED start synchronous twinkle after the

alarm Beep---, Beep---, Beep---, Beep---, Beep--- Beep---, Beep---”; (The LED blue lights up when you

keep pressing the key #” until you release the key.)

c) To press the key 4” and #” in turn to go into the mode FORMATTING;

d) Again press the key #” and keep pressing for 6 second and then release the key to confirm your

operation after that, the system will start format (only the LED blue lights up when you keep pressing the

key #”) ; When you get the an alarm Beep---Beep---Beep--- Beep--- Beep--- Beep---,

BeepBeepBeep & all LED start to synchronous twinkle, it means that the system return to the

manufacture default status that the original manufacture default password 012345” become to be

available again and that only this ID is available & the system is waiting for more operating at this

moment.

How to register an administrator’s password ID for replacing the default manufacturer Password ID:

a) To Key in the default password 012345” and press the key #” to confirm your operation; & you will see

the LED blue lights up & the system starts to unlock after an alarm BeepBeepBeep;

b) To press & keep pressing the key #” for 6 second and then release it to go into the mode SETTING; &

you will see that the two LED start to synchronous twinkle.

c) Press the key 0” and they key #” in turn to go into the mode ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD ID

ADDING…the LED Red blacks out at this moment.

d) Key in one of the administrator ID number (000~004, Must be three digits) for your target password and

press the key #” for confirming;

e) Key in your target administrator password (must be six digits by the key 0~5”) and press the key #”

for confirming; & please again key in the same password and press the key #” for confirming you

password keying in;

f) You will get an alarm BeepBeepBeep when you registered successfully;

g) Continue to add next administrator password as the steps above that from the operation step c” to f”;

You can also continue to register administrator fingerprint ID at this moment, then you need do it from

that you press the key 1” & #” in turn (Please see next operation How to register an

administrator’s fingerprint ID”).

h) To press the key *” to exit when you finish your registering; or you can wait for the system exit itself

without any operation in seconds.

i) If you want to add more ID upon the first time you register successfully & the system exits after that, you

can only do it after a registered administered ID permitting; In other words, you need verify a registered

administrator ID to get authorization first.

How to register an administrator’s fingerprint ID:

a) To Key in a registered administrator password and press the key #” to get the administrator’s

authorization; & you will see the LED blue lights up & the lock start to unlock after an alarm

BeepBeepBeep, it means administrator verify successfully;

b) To press & keep pressing the key #” for 6 second to start SETTING;

c) Press the key 1” and they key #” in turn to go into the mode FINGERPRINT ADDING…

d) Key in one of the administrator ID number (000~004, the number must be three digits) for your target

fingerprint and press the key #” for confirming, & you will get a Beep” & the LED Red & Blue flashes

alternately after that;

e) Lightly & smoothly slide your target finger over the SENSOR for reading for four times; (Every time when

reading successfully, you will get an alarm Beep”; & you will see all LED starts to synchronous twinkle, it

means that you register successfully);

f) At this moment, before system exit, you can continue to add more administrators fingerprint ID as the

steps above from the step c” to e”; or you can press the key *” to exit or wait for the system exit

without any operation.

PS: We just kindly suggest you to register your third finger (the ring finger) first, because it is the

one which is hardest to be injured.

How to add a user’s fingerprint ID or a password ID:

a) To verify a registered administrator’s ID first to get authorization first;

b) To press & keeping press the key #” for 6 second to go into SETTING;

c) Press the key 1” and they key #” in turn to go into the mode FINGERPRINT ADDING; (The system will

go into the mode PASSWORD ADDING when you press the key 0” and #”;

d) Same way to add a user’s ID as the administrator ID adding (also need a series number of each ID for

future respectively deleting).

PS: The numbers of users fingerprint ID: 005~143 (Please see the USERS LIST PAPER attached);

the numbers of users password ID: 005~051

How to respectively delete a user’s PASSWORD ID by the number of it:

a) To verify a registered administrator’s ID first to get authorization;

b) To press & keeping press the key #” for 6 second to go into the mode SETTING;

c) To press the key 2” and #” in turn to go into the mode USER PASSWORD RESPECTIVELY DELETING;

d) Key in the registered number of the target password ID and press the key #” to delete a user’s password

(You will get an alarm BeepBeepBeep” & all LED starts to flash alternately when delete successfully);

e) You can delete more as the same way above from the step c” to d”; or press the key *” to exit. Or wait

for the system exit by itself.

How to respectively delete a user’s FINGERPRINT ID by the number of it:

a) To verify a registered administrator’s ID first to get authorization;

b) To press & keeping press the key #” for 6 second to go into the mode SETTING;

c) To press the key 3” and #” to go into the mode USER FINGERPRINT ID RESPECTIVELY DELETING;

d) Key in the number of the target fingerprint ID and press the key #” to delete a user’s fingerprint;

e) You can delete more as the same way as above from the step c” to d” before system exit; or you can

press the key *” to exit or wait for the system exit by itself.

How to Delete All ID:

Same way as the step How to format the memory” to delete all ID.

How to open the lock by a Registered Fingerprint:

a) Press the key #” to start the system; The LED RED lights up & the system sound a Beep”.

b) Lightly and smoothly slide your registered finger over the sensor; When fingerprint verify successfully, the

LED blue lights up & the system sound a BeepBeepBeep”, & the lock-bar sprint out after that.

How to open the lock by a Registered Password:

In standby modes, to Key in a registered password and press the key #” to open the lock

How to lock up the lock:

Turn the lock-bar to its right place and push it for locking up the lock.

WARNING

Please read the USER MANUAL carefully before use & operate correctly according to the USER MANUAL.

Please remember all the ID number of your registered ID for deleting in future.

We do not suggest you to use this product in an extremely adverse environmental condition such as the areas

of high temperature and humidity and strong magnetism and strong acid-base because of that it is n electronic

product after all.

Please Handle with Care, because it is an electronic product but not complete a metal lock after all; of course

you may not throw this product to a people or something far from it because it is not an armament.

Please do not touch the fingerprint window & the surface of the padlock by edge tools.

Please replace the batteries in time.

Please collect the old batteries & give them to right organizations.

No rain, no water; & an extremely adverse environmental condition is not suggestion by us.

Please replace the default manufacturer password by your own administrator password registering in time

before use.

Forced to pull out the latch hook when the lock is unlocking that will adversely affect the performance of the

motor inside probably.

This is a lock but not a toy for children.

Please ensure that you lock up the padlock safely when you lock something up.
