Product Introduction
DY101 urea formaldehyde resin is a powdery product of pure urea formaldehyde resin without adding any filling material, modifier or curing agent. It has the advantages of convenient use and long-term storage, along with convenience for long distance transportation.
DY101 can be used in combination with other extenders, curing agents and water for wood board laminating or veneer overlaying. Its environmental protection performance can be as high as level E1. It also can be used for production of technological woods, super-thick artificial boards and bent woods, or be added into the liquid glue for higher solid content.

Glue usage: depending on material of board surface and smoothness, normally 150-160g/m2 (single side)
Moisture in board: minimum 5%, optimal 7-9%, maximum 12%
Hot pressing temperature: 105℃
Hot pressing pressure: 8-16kg/cm2
Hot pressing time: 0.2-0.5min/mm board thickness
Attention
When the glue is at a low temperature, its curing time will be prolonged. In an extremely low temperature (below 10℃), it is better to stop using it temporarily or use it with strong acid curing agents.
