Ultrasonic Doppler flow switch

TheAlpha1000, a non-contact flow sensor, is ideal for monitoringsolids flow in pipelines, ducts and air-slides. Reliable detectionof plugged chutes will keep your plant running smoothly andvirtually eliminate spills that occur because of plugged conditions.It's process proven and reliable for coal (pulverizer andtransfer chutes), wood chips, ores, powders, etc.
Based on unique ultrasonic sensor & circuitry using Dopplertechnique, It's also a low-cost flow switch for water, sewage,sea water, river water, brine, solutions, slurries and mostapplications with liquids having at least 50 PPM and 30 micronsize suspended particles. The clamp-on installation eliminateswear of the sensor and makes the instrument maintenance andtrouble-free.
You pick the transmitter location and cable length of remotesensor, the unit can be powered by AC or DC power supply withstandard explosion-proof housings.
