I. System Composition

This system, which is composed by 10kW/2450MHz microwave generator and waveguide component, is featured in its advanced performance, perfect function, rational structure, convenient operation, safety, reliability, and so on. It is suitable to be used in the hemisphere of science and technology, such as drying materials, multi-microwave plasma processing, high sintering, and so on.

1.Microwave Generator

Microwave power source adopts the modular control. Its circuit design is reasonable, with the adjustable output power of 1~10kW. At the same time, you can set the filament and adjust the magnetic field and reflection power and display its data. There are 3 digital display windows on operation panel which can display Microwave Output Power, Reflcted Power detecting from the third port of the circulator and Setting & Operating Time. The operation process can be controlled by programming through function button on operation panel. Its performance is perfect; its safety is reliable; and the operating methods of it are very convenient.

2.Waveguide Component

This system adopts a kind of microwave transmitting system composed by high-performance microwave circulator, water dummy load, three stub tuner and connecting waveguide. It ensures the perfect isolating performance of reflected wave toward magnetron and the steady operation of the magnetron. At the same time, it is convenient to adjust the best match to transmit the microwave power in the best way when the load changes dramatically.
