Accessory Parts of Filters

Note: The spare parts can assemble according to the different demands, also can reconstruct according to the craft demands.
1.Select corresponding fixed module according to the different specification filter element; fix the filter in the shell to guarantee the equipment normal operation.
2.Strut member
When the filter element is bag filter type, directly lay it into the strut member. When the filter element is filter element type (as the chart), can use screw joint or net basket and so on patterns to guarantee the filter element stable operation.
3.Seal loop
Our company equips EPDM, fluorine rubber (Viton), PTFE, silica gel and metal filling piece etc according to the different material situation.Guarantee to satisfy the craft.
4.Hollow ball
When filters, the hollow ball floats in the shell, reduces residual liquid in the bag filter (tube) when stops the machine, and reduces product loss.
5.Bag filter support frame
Prevents reciprocating because of the bag filter pressure unstable,avoids the bag filter folding problem and fully uses filter area.(can design according to the filter element.)
6.Filter element
Has various specification and models. our company equips metal filter element, nonmetal filter element, activated carbon, titanium stick and so on.
7.Bar magnet module
When filters, can adsorp iron powder or other magnetic impurity, lengthens the filter element service life, and enhances filter effect.
8.Bracket module
Can adjust the bracket according to the different demands to satisfy the craft requirement.
9.Other fittings
Pressure gauge, vent valve, bolt.
