    Low Height Compression Force Transducer FCB-A utilizes strain gauge technology inteneded for both tension and compression force measurement. Compact design, suitable for force measuring applications where installation height is limited. Low Profile Load Cell FCB-A offers 0-500N / 0-1000N / 0-2000N three rated measuring ranges with mV/V output as standard,0-5V or 4-20mA output is available through external amplifier. Different force loading tools can be mounted to the M8*1 threaded hole located at the center of the force sensor for different applications. Compressive Force Sensor FCB-A is RoHS compliant and CE certified, it can be modified or customized as per client's request.

    A loadcell (or load cell) is a transducer which converts force into a measurable electrical output. Strain gauge based load cells are the most commonly used type and suitable for almost all industrial applications.Strain gauge load sensors contain wheatstone bridge within them to deliver mV output signal which is proportional to the applied load/force under constant power supply, thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer. The output range of FCB-A is normally within -25mV...+25mV(tension and compression), signal amplification may be required for most applications, a signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output for easy data processing. Taking compression load cell FCB-A-2kN working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V for example,the force-voltage relationship will be compression force 0-2000N VS 0-10V voltage output, 1V output corresponds to 200N force, 5V output corresponds to 1000N force,and so on.
